Our server provider is routing the affected traffic to some US destinations through alternate paths, no more packet loss should occur.

Our server provider is currently experiencing packet loss to some US destinations (via one of their upstream transit providers), which could be affecting our services. They are working to fix the problem, we will keep you informed.
