Platform Errors when creating SSL certificates for new custom domains

We have identified an issue that prevents new TLS certificates to be created for new custom domains. This is causing an error message like "Secure Connection Failed" for apps that recently switched to a custom domain (depending on the user's browser). Previously created SSL certificates for custom domains are not affected. We have identified a fix and are working to apply it. Please contact us if this is affecting you, we are sorry about this
