App Hosting Deploy app hosting returns 500 errors for specific web clients on custom domains

We have identified a problem for certain web clients on custom domains. Our initial investigation found that they are all spider robots. The issue appears to be linked to headers sent by those spider robots

Normal web browsers do not appear to be affected

App Hosting Creating TLS certificates for new custom domains works properly again

Everything is back to normal

Platform Errors when creating SSL certificates for new custom domains

We have identified an issue that prevents new TLS certificates to be created for new custom domains. This is causing an error message like "Secure Connection Failed" for apps that recently switched to a custom domain (depending on the user's browser). Previously created SSL certificates for custom domains are not affected. We have identified a fix and are working to apply it. Please contact us if this is affecting you, we are sorry about this
